Sven assiste clienti industriali ed investitori finanziari internazionali in operazioni M&A cross – border, con particolare focus sulle acquisizioni inbound in Italia dall’area DACH (Germania, Austria, Svizzera) e dai Paesi nordici. Sven vanta un’estesa esperienza nell’ambito di operazioni di fusione, acquisizione e joint venture, nel diritto societario e nella contrattualistica commerciale, nonché nel settore delle energie rinnovabili. Sven presta abitualmente assistenza nel settore degli investimenti immobiliari e, in particolare, nell’ambito di progetti turistico alberghieri.
Sven è ammesso all’esercizio della professione forense in Germania e in Italia ed è membro dell’International Bar Association (IBA).
